In 1988, Mr. Girish Kolwankar began a bold journey in Dadar, Maharashtra, with a vision to lead India’s swimming pool construction industry. What started as a small initiative soon evolved into a nationwide brand. By 1995, the company expanded across India, delivering custom pools built on trust and precision.
In 2022, manufacturing began with FRP panels and reinforced membrane systems, supported by a factory in Panvel. International projects in the UAE and Southeast Asia marked its global reach.
By 2025, innovation drives the mission — focusing on R&D, sustainable materials, and water-saving technologies.

Anirudha Sonavane leads the company’s strategic direction, business expansion, operational excellence, and customer experience initiatives across India.
Having spent more than a decade in the swimming pool and aquatic solutions industry, Anirudha has played a significant role in the growth and evolution of Atlantis Pool Solutions. Working closely with the founder and leadership team, he has been instrumental in scaling the organization from a regional operation into a multi-state enterprise serving clients across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
Under his leadership, Atlantis has strengthened its position as a trusted partner for luxury residences, hospitality projects, clubs, educational institutions, wellness destinations, and commercial developments. His focus on building strong teams, developing efficient systems, and creating long-term client relationships has helped the company consistently deliver high-quality aquatic environments across diverse project segments.
Anirudha has successfully led key growth initiatives including geographic expansion, strategic partnerships, business development, process standardization, and the strengthening of Atlantis’ after-sales and maintenance capabilities. His ability to combine commercial vision with operational execution has been a key driver in the company’s continued growth.
Today, he oversees the company’s long-term vision while ensuring that every project reflects the core values that Atlantis is known for—quality, innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Faiz Ahmed Syed is a seasoned operations and customer experience leader with over 20 years of diverse industry experience across aviation, edtech, energy, and infrastructure. Currently serving as Senior Head of Operations at Atlantis Pool Solutions, he leads end-to-end project execution, procurement, client servicing, HRMS implementation, and vendor management . Known for driving operational efficiency and resolving high-level customer escalations, Faiz has previously worked with Jet Airways, BYJU’S, and Artha Energy Projects. He is adept at leveraging AI tools for documentation, branding, and process optimization, and brings strong leadership, administrative, and people management skills to every role.
